REFUNDS & RETURNS

Poked in the Third Eye is operated by Ultraterrestrial Enterprises LLC. Works in the catalog are sold in two ways. The Phra Ngang Codex is sold directly by Ultraterrestrial Enterprises LLC, with payment processed securely online. Other items — books, music, and merchandise — are sold through third-party platforms such as Etsy and Amazon, which complete those purchases under their own terms.

Each Phra Ngang Codex flag is a one-of-one piece, made to order and printed on demand for the buyer. Because every flag is produced individually once you order, all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production begins.

If a flag arrives damaged, defective, or not what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Items sold through Etsy, Amazon, or other third-party platforms are governed by that platform's refund, return, cancellation, and dispute policies. Please use your order history or the seller-support tools on that platform to request help. Ultraterrestrial Enterprises LLC cannot override a marketplace's rules or refund a payment it did not process.

If you are unsure where an order was placed or need help, use the site's Contact page or write to pokedinthe3rdeye@gmail.com. Include your order number and, for marketplace items, the platform name. Please do not send payment-card details.
